An Accomplished Process

Optimal conducts a multi-faceted confirmation process for a smooth, predictable transport. Our staff confirms the appointment with the claimant, facility and driver, and utilizes a computerized mapping system to determine the most cost-effective route. Since customer satisfaction is paramount, a follow-up claimant survey is conducted after every appointment to ensure the quality of our service. We also request information regarding follow-up appointments as well as claimant satisfaction with our transportation services. Non-compliant claimants and missed appointments are immediately reported to the case manager or claims adjuster in order to assist in terms of claims handling and/or to reschedule the appointment.
